Community Project Co-ordinator appointed
Murston All Saints Trust is delighted to announce the appointment of Sioux Peto as a Community Project Co-ordinator for Murston Heart. (Sioux is pictured with Trustee Colin Barnard)
Sioux will bring her tremendous energy, local knowledge and impressive track record of community engagement to the role. As Community Project Co-ordinator she will work with the Trustees to drive forward a new programme of public activities for Murston Heart. Her role will involve engaging with volunteers to help get the Old Church and studios established as a vibrant creative community hub. Sioux will liaise with artists and our community partners, building links with local businesses and schools.
The Murston Heart project has been established with funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, and we are incredibly grateful to its lottery players, and to all our other donors, including Historic England, #HereforCulture, Swale Borough Council, the Mohn Westlake Foundation, the Henry Oldfield Trust, the Wolfson Foundation, the Colyer Fergusson Charitable Trust, the Garfield Weston Foundation, and the Cromarty Trust for their support.
