Restoration and new building complete!

We are delighted to announce that the works on the restoration of the old church, and our new creative hub studios and cafe, were both completed in December 2022. They look fabulous in the winter sunshine. We look forward to welcoming the first school groups to creative workshops in the new building in January.

The new building contains six studios, a cafe and a community education room and we are calling for creatives who want to work in this amazing new space, as well as an operator for the cafe.

Many thanks to Gransdens, the contractors, who have done a beautiful job and to the architects: John Sell for his wonderful design work, and James Ford for seeing the project through. The project has been made possible through money raised by National Lottery players, as well as support from Swale Borough Council, Historic England, and a large number of charities (see About Us for details of our Partners and Supporters).
